Finished: my ability to eat one more bit of sugar. Our dessert spread this year included pumpkin pie, pecan tartlets, gluten-free/vegan apple crisp (voted best crisp ever even by non-vegans at the table), gelato and Tofutti, and these amazing crafty cupcakes made by my niece. Stuffed with grape-nuts, pretzels for the leg bones, caramel topping.
