Actually,the translator bot tells me it is the Maltese word for "vacation." It's also a simple and elegant design by Teresa Dair.
Well, I hope it will look simple and elegant on me. When it's sleeved and seamed and photographed properly. It's not very promising at the moment, especially in the poor light of winter. More of a schmatta than a sweater.
